  come here multiple times a week. Tonight i went to wash my car. $15 for the best wash. The car came out filthy. I dont normally complain but i was really unhappy. I went inside and showed Robert photos. He offered me another wash however i declined as the 1st one was so bad and i was in a rush. I just said i will take a refund. He said he had no authority and i needed to talk to the manager so i asked for him. The manager was not there. I asked for the managers details. I was told no. I have to back tomorrow between 9-5 (not possible). Whilst speaking, a man came up to pay for his fuel. I stood aside and said he can pay. Robert said no and told me to stop being rude because he was talking. He was obviously getting frustrated (as was i) because he began to raise his voice. The encounter was going no where so i just said fine and i walked out.
